Team Fortress Character Introductions
This coming week a new video game called Orange Box will be released by a company called Valve. This game actually contains several individual games, one of which is called Team Fortress. Team Fortress includes several character classes you can play as, and in an effort to generate some buzz Valve created a series of short animations where some of the characters explain themselves and their roles within the game.
I'm truly impressed with the quality of these three videos, the "Heavy" and "Engineer" ones in particular. The voice acting is spot on, and the spots exude an attention to detail.
They remind me quite a bit of a violent version of The Incredibles, which is a pleasant thing indeed.
Bonus: The Engineer is playing the correct notes on the guitar. Rock on.
