The Pyro is the most interesting character in Team Fortress 2, if only because his (her?) mumbling is extremely counter-productive. Trying to cry for a medic is a waste of time. Regardless, when used properly the Pyro is really good at laying waste to an entire area.
Still, I imagine that behind the mask is a creature of untold psychopathy.
Lol I kinda like this version of Sparky. He looks very cartoony and unique.
I like the way this cartoon is going, hehe, I find myself wanting to request game parodies though. ;)
Gunter glieben glauten globen PYROMANIA!
Hah! man, your timing is impecable, great dialouge delivery all around (Including the pyro) DO you do everything on ones? your animation is always so damn smooth.
@Steve, thanks man, that means a lot to me especially considering how awesome your own work is.
Since my work is always meant for the web, I actually start with everything on 15 frames a second (obviously on ones at that rate). I know traditionally taught animators that have switched to Toon Boom (Adam Phillips in particular) are more accustomed to animating on twos and then switching to ones for the super-fast action.
For me I'm happy with my slower frame rate, as long I'm using this cartoony style. I'll have to increase it for sure if I ever do something more realistic or in an anime style.
What software do your use?
@Pickles, I use Toon Boom Studio 4, a great program created by a software team in Montreal.
Where can I find the music that plays?
@Conro101, I created that music using GarageBand, a Mac program that is great for making background music for animation. I don't believe that music is in the public domain for download.

Calico Monkey discusses animation programs, cartoon software and the art of making your own cartoons. Occasionally I release a new cartoon that has inadvertently made somebody chuckle. Such an outburst is purely accidental, I assure you. All animations were created with Toon Boom.
