Batman: Gotham Knight - Filling in the Gaps with Animation

There seems to be a pleasant trend with several movie companies using animation to fill in the gaps in their storylines. The Animatrix did an amazing job of adding exposition and a prequel to the Matrix story. Similarly, The Clone Wars animated series added depth and background to Episodes 2 and 3, something they desperately needed.

Next up is this impressive preview of an new Batman adventure called Batman: Gotham Knight, outlining what happened in between the Batman Begins and the soon-to-be-released The Dark Knight.

What we all really need is an animated superman fill in. I want know what Superman got up to between his life in smallvile, and his training in the fortress of solitude, and then again, between superman 1 and 2, and then between superman 2 and returns, BUT BEFORE he went off to find kryton <\nerdom>
